Three principles that show up in every system I've delivered, and the reason clients keep using them after I've moved on to the next thing.
A generated answer nobody can verify is worse than no answer. Every system I build links back to the exact document it drew from, so the user checks in one click rather than trusting on faith.
Every system ships with the ability to add, update and remove source documents from the interface. No dependency on me to load a new catalogue. That's the difference between delivering a project and delivering a capability.
Around 130 alarms across three production systems, deliberately more than strictly necessary. Fifteen years in hotels teaches you that the guest must never be the person who discovers the problem.
Sole ownership of the full operational lifecycle: monitoring, patching, updates and incident response across three live applications. Most incidents resolved within hours.

How I got here
Fifteen years in hospitality: front office, night audit, and six years as General Manager of a boutique Athens hotel, leading a team of nine. Later, overnight operations at a 300-room five-star resort in Cyprus, where the building is your problem between midnight and dawn and nobody is coming to help.
In 2023 I started learning AWS. By 2026 I held twelve certifications and was shipping production GenAI systems as the sole architect for clients in Greece.
